This 55A, 38kW unit was built into a bespoke panel for a customer to allow them precise control of heaters.
With all the advantages of an ACS880 drive (the PC startup and maintenance tool is the same, as is the plain text control panel) the DCT880 comes with three built-in slots for additional I/O extension modules – in addition to the standard interfaces.
It also has integrated current measurement and flexible control, but then... you wouldn’t expect any less from one of the newest additions to the ABB family.
