Caps off to Gary!
As part of an annual service contract, our engineers have been on site installing caps on the LCL filters in both ACS800 and ACS880 drives.
Apart from the standard checks on your drives (tightening cable terminations and cleaning heat sinks) service contracts also allow for the logging of parameters, the checking of fault histories, and the fitting of recommended PM kits.
And to ‘cap’ it all, service contract customers have priority access to our engineering team for technical support and in the event of a breakdown, an emergency response.
